I. Preparation
- Select a Space: Choose a quiet, well-ventilated area with soft lighting. Avoid external disturbances to ensure a smooth purification process.
- Clean Your Hands: Wash your hands thoroughly with water to remove dirt and distractions, starting the crystal purification ritual with a pure state of mind.
- Arrange the Items: Neatly place the demagnetizing box, demagnetizing stones, demagnetizing incense burner, sage, demagnetizing tuning fork, and 夹子 (clip) on a clean table for easy access.
II. Specific Operation Steps
(I) Demagnetizing Stones Method
- Place the Demagnetizing Stones: Open the demagnetizing box and evenly spread the demagnetizing stones at the bottom, about 2 – 3 cm thick, creating a base for crystal energy purification.
- Position the Crystals: Use the clip to carefully place the crystals to be purified on the demagnetizing stones. Ensure there is a certain gap between the crystals to prevent squeezing and allow them to fully absorb the energy of the demagnetizing stones.
- Let it Stand for Purification: Close the demagnetizing box and place it in a dark, dry place. Depending on the usage frequency and energy state of the crystals, let it stand for 8 – 24 hours to complete the demagnetization and purification.
(II) Sage Smudging Purification Method
- Prepare the Incense Burner: Place the demagnetizing incense burner on a fireproof and heat-resistant surface. Put an appropriate amount of heat-insulating material (such as sand) inside the incense burner to prevent damage to the tabletop from high temperatures.
- Light the Sage: Use a lighter to ignite one end of the sage. After the flame burns steadily for a while, gently blow out the flame to let the sage produce continuous smoke. If the sage goes out, re-ignite it.
- Smudge the Crystals: Hold the crystal with the clip and place it in the smoke above the incense burner. Slowly rotate the crystal to ensure that each side is fully covered by the smoke for 3 – 5 minutes, using the purifying energy of the sage to dispel the negative energy in the crystal.
(III) Tuning Fork Vibration Purification Method
- Activate the Tuning Fork: Hold the handle of the demagnetizing tuning fork and gently tap the tuning fork on the edge of a table or other sturdy object to produce a clear and stable vibrating sound.
- Bring Close to the Crystals: Bring the vibrating tuning fork close to the crystals, maintaining a distance of about 2 – 3 cm. Let the crystals feel the vibration frequency of the tuning fork for 1 – 2 minutes, purifying the crystal energy field through sound wave vibration.
III. Precautions
- Safe Use: When using sage and the demagnetizing incense burner, keep away from flammable items. Make sure the fire is completely extinguished when leaving to prevent fire. When using the tuning fork, avoid hitting it too hard to prevent damage to the tuning fork or injury to people.
- Crystal Characteristics: Different types of crystals have different tolerances to purification methods. For example, crystals with low hardness (such as fluorite) should be careful to avoid scratching when using the demagnetizing stones method. Crystals containing metal components may not be suitable for smudging purification to avoid oxidation reactions. Confirm the characteristics of the crystals before use.
- Regular Purification: It is recommended to purify the crystals regularly according to their usage frequency. Crystals worn daily can be purified 1 – 2 times a week. Crystals used in special occasions or with high energy consumption should be purified immediately after use to maintain the purity of the crystal energy.
